Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking travel services through us. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Role of the Travel Advisor
The travel advisor acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground transportation providers. The travel advisor does not own, operate, manage, or control any of these suppliers.
Accordingly, the travel advisor is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, or changes made by suppliers. All travel arrangements are governed by, and subject to, the individual terms and conditions of each respective supplier.
2. Pricing, Availability, and Payment
2.1 Pricing and Availability. Quoted pricing and availability are not guaranteed and remain subject to change until a reservation is fully confirmed and secured with payment. The travel advisor is not responsible for supplier price increases, inventory changes, or promotional rates that expire prior to booking confirmation.
2.2 Deposits and Final Payments. Deposits and final payments are due in accordance with each supplier's requirements and deadlines. Failure to submit payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
2.3 Reviewing Confirmations. Travelers are responsible for promptly reviewing all booking confirmations and invoices upon receipt and for notifying the travel advisor immediately of any discrepancies.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation penalties are determined solely by the applicable travel supplier and may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment. Refund processing timelines are controlled by the supplier and may take several weeks or longer to complete. The travel advisor is not responsible for delays in supplier refund processing.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip to help protect against cancellation penalties, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. If travel insurance is declined or not purchased, the traveler assumes full and sole responsibility for any resulting financial losses.
5. Travel Documentation
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required documentation, including valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other entry requirements. Many destinations require a passport to remain valid for at least six months beyond the return date of travel.
Failure to secure proper documentation may result in denied boarding or denied entry, without refund.
Name Accuracy. Traveler names must match government-issued identification exactly. Any name corrections requested after booking may be subject to supplier change fees or cancellation penalties.
6. Flights and Schedule Changes
Airlines may change flight schedules at any time prior to departure. The travel advisor is not responsible for airline schedule changes, seat assignments, flight delays, or cancellations. Travelers are responsible for monitoring airline notifications and confirming flight details prior to departure.
7. Supplier Substitutions and Itinerary Changes
Travel suppliers may substitute services, accommodations, or itinerary components due to operational requirements, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond their control. Such changes are outside the responsibility and control of the travel advisor.
8. Limitation of Liability
The travel advisor is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers or by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, mechanical failure, labor disruptions, government actions, public health events, or other acts of God.
