Website inquiry processing

The Start Planning form is active. Submissions are sent over HTTPS to Formspree, our inquiry form service, and notifications are delivered to Solstice Travel’s business email. Please do not include payment information, passport numbers, or other sensitive identifiers.

More sensitive traveler and payment information

Please do not submit passport numbers, Social Security numbers, credit-card information, or other highly sensitive identifiers through the website inquiry form. When detailed traveler information is needed, Solstice Travel intends to invite clients to the host agency's secure portal. Payment information is handled separately through the host agency's secure Vault.

Sharing information with others

Website inquiries are processed by Formspree and may be shared with our host agency, travel suppliers, and service providers when needed to plan or fulfill your request or booking. Specific recipients depend on the travel services requested.
